Tiffany Shakespeare
Tiffany L. Shakespeare is an accomplished quality control and operations leader with nearly two decades of experience at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama and 20 years of distinguished service in the United States Army National Guard. She currently serves as Assistant Manager of Quality Control Line Inspection, Evaluation, and Validation, where she leads teams across Weld and Paint Quality, supports safety and quality initiatives, improves inspection processes, and helps drive measurable reductions in nonconformance. Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and commitment to developing others, Tiffany has built a career centered on leadership, continuous improvement, and service.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from South University in Montgomery, Alabama, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is a member of Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. Tiffany is also actively involved in service and leadership through Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc., Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and the Order of the Eastern Star. Guided by a passion for helping others, she is recognized as a motivated, dedicated leader who values mentorship, teamwork, and making a positive impact in her community.
